Worldwide offshore rig utilization is 95.9 percent. ......i suspect that we will have a good quarter from most drillers. this will provide a temporary bounce in the stock price. the weak hands will exit on the bounces to get out and the strong hands are buying now in anticipation of selling in 1-2 years when price is sustantially higher.
