What does that mean "FOR Israel"...I think that Obama is seeking fairness in Israeli-Palestinian issue...i think that has been the source of friction between him and conservatives in Israel.

That is the heart of the issue. Either you are on your knees fellating Netanyahu or you are against Israel. Like with the Iran deal. Israel's military and intelligence leadership are ok with the deal, many of which would have liked a tougher deal but recognize the reality of the politics, but Netanyahu is adamantly opposed to it. Therefore the deal is anti-Israel.

And the conservatives are shocked, shocked I tell you, that the above image doesn't play well with the "Make America Strong Again" crowd.

Al,
Four years of governance from administrations of right or left "anti establishment" forces and you'd see a complete re-alignment in the following elections to fix the damage.
It seems like you're a "conservative" in the most literal sense of the word.

Some might refer to that as a "small-c conservative," though that's not defined very well.
