On the contrary, NRI stands a good chance of having HAAPI accepted by the biometri industry. The quid pro quo for acceptance is the opening up NRI's middleware (SAF product line) to the entire biometric industry. Those whose can see this is way ahead of the market and may realize humongus profits in the distant future. If you are frustrated and wish to take a tax lost, that is certainly your perogative, but please understand what SAF and HAAPI are all about before you make that decision.

Reverse split....then start spewing out more shares again.

My guess is that the selling now is due to the anticipation of these possible events and the effect on the share price. Reverse splits and private placements are not good for stock prices...in most cases.
