INTC and MSFT jointly negotiating a deal to place set top boxes on TCI's customer's TVs (cnbc this morning).....cable co's and net content companies will play out well this year.

Colgate to start new hype for tooth paste product...just made me think that consumer products may be a safe play, even a strong play if asia weakens further....a really boring sector!!!!

ORCL ...PRN..was served with class action re: improper and untimely sale of stock by insiders......I think I'd be a shorter.
