Hi Elroy, interesting article. My brother and his wife lived in Sydney for 13 years.... she has lived in Sydney and now the Hunter Valley 3 hours north in the wine country. My good friend and very first small business partner is a Kiwi who lives in Auckland I can tell you from first hand knowledge that real estate in Sydney and Auckland have been massive moon shots.... for a number of years. I talked with Brett at Christmas time, his family own a mid sized National Tool distribution company in NZ and he told us about the extraordinarily robust property markets in New Zealand.... It's a beautiful country and continues to be "discovered" by more and more of the world. JJP
