The better calls were back during the strong Bull market, and that can make even a dummy look good. They are not above down grading ( after the fact ). It seems a common thing as a lot of brokerage houses do that. In a bull market they may be ok, but like many they can't or wont call a Bear market.. <* End of morgan File *> republic.net Jim
