Sure? Read a book like "The Destruction of Dresden", no 'identifiable targets' to bomb there except civilians. And before you get to it, sure, David Irving wrote it, but he did so, while he was still an accomplished historian long before he went nuts and started to fight the Holocaust in court and thus dumped his legacy in the toilet. Other cases like that during WW II were Würzburg and even Hamburg. Wars are dirty and all about wars is - to WIN them! Those ISIS guys are no better that the Germans during WW II and being part of their family is just - bad luck! /Taro
