Where have you been for the last 20+ years? Outsourcing was in full steam long before Obamacare came into being. No argument but the taxes as well as additional regulatory hurdles have been the drivers in the past. We have a world economy yet you think Trump can legislate that companies no longer outsource? The only way to succeed in this environment is via incentives and I only mean incentives via removing barriers and lowering taxes. Not the Obama way.
