HI koan, SF, Portland and Seattle are very nice cities... we are seeing continuous growth in many areas of the country..Houston and Austin continue to grown like crazy.. In Florida Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando and Tampa Bay are all expanding significantly. I think that globally we have people who have accumulated money and they are deploying it in real estate markets in desirable parts of the world. I've flown over Alaska on the way to Tokyo...a very good friend of mine used to spend a lot of time hunting and fishing in Alaska... he loved it. thanks for the feedback, John
