Hi El, not only is that logical..... it is what is happening... and as they say about real estate... they are not making it anymore... and with the huge global population growth that has occurred over the past 100 years it is a long term trend for the need for more housing and land.....on a secular basis. And with interest rates so low their are an awful lot of cash flow positive real estate opportunities considering how high rents have gone in the rent vs own ratio.
