Who cares about North Carolina anyway? The state of California already took up legislation banning such travel earlier this year.

I remember Berkeley banning satellites or drones over their city air space. Berkeley also banned homeless from the sidewalks. The approved a homeless shelter , but never built it. I believe it is a water quality issue, just as it is a mold issue for Portland and Seattle. It eats their minds.
