There is no doubt events in Libya have been much smaller in scale than in Iraq. But Libya isn't finished, and it is, by any measure, an unforced error. And to be honest we just do not know where it is going to go. The situation in Libya is out of control at this moment, and there is no indication it is going to get any better under this president.

The invasion of Libya is not, as a matter of principle, one bit less significant than that of Iraq. If you want to talk about the relative number of people killed, yes, it is fewer in Libya. But the concept is the same.
