You may be absolutely right, bigjon!! I think the mines and metals have pretty well bottomed, and some of the big caps are turning around already. I'd say, you can't go much wrong scooping up ICA at these current prices ... they're also into the gold-mining areas up here near where I live - Timmins area - buying promising properties from Royal Oak Mines - which were in a cash squeeze!! And they're in cahoots with Falconbridge, a shrewd, no-baloney mining company, owned by Noranda - and therefore much better run than most big-cap miners, like INCO!! :)
