Zeev,

Good for you, my friend. We've added a little at these discounted prices. Being a bagholder is no fun, but it does provide some opportunity once a company begins to extricate itself from an investigatory morass.

One positive aspect of an SEC trading halt is that all financials seem to be reviewed by the SEC staff attorney handling the case. Although not offically blessing them, the SEC knows what problems must be addressed by the investigated company. Companies have a vested interest in "pleasing" these attorneys as they hold final "nod" control over possibility of Mmkr'ing firms reestablishing a semblance of liquidity.

While not necessarily a "Kiss of Death", it sure puts a clamp on investor exhuberance... :0) However, I certainly feel more comfortable with the veracity of news and financial filings since investigated companies never really cease being "under investigation" until the final consent degree is offically signed, a process that takes far longer than the ending of the active investigation. It represents a regulatory "Sword of Damocles" that keeps a company in line.

Take care and good luck with your endeavors. Your experience and insight are always welcomed by myself. Maybe one of days I'll be able to participate in one of your ventures.

Regards,

Ron
