i too adore water view :0/ we are imminently about to lose our ocean view in place since 1999, in favour of the in-laws garden view albeit w/ larger under-roof dimensions all ostensibly good for the kids. they have own rooms in the current abode but ... ... in-laws require smaller space in hk as they shall spend more time w/ water view in penang ... one day i hope to return to a closer water view and work on a book per everyone got at least one book in them protocol
