Just about all the 2016 losses in these markets have recouped at this point... so if oil stops bleeding, and if China has a soft landing, then we could see these market actually make new all time highs again... I'm not predicting that, I'm merely suggesting that if those two major conditions were present, then we could see it happen... it should be interesting to see what actually does unfold for these markets... GZ
