The buy back recission was required by law because they were negociating og Rags. In yhe last 10 years or so they announced 3 or 4 buybacks and bot very few shares. A marketing thing when shares are cheap.

Value Line indicated that CLE may have been (at one point) considering acquistion of as many as 4 different companies. They probably aren't done buying. VL thinks highly of CLE. Nice (long) move today.
