angel, Agiss would have no issue with the INSI contract that since Manitoba is outside of Agiss' exclusive territory - Agiss has exclusive rights with government and markets in Eastern Canada (where the bulk of Y2K remediation needs to be done), and non-exclusive everywhere else (though I'd have to double-check re Asia).

Agiss is now exercising its non-exclusive rights by expanding into the US market (the recent 3M contract in Greenville, NC; the opening of a sales office in Denver) as well as European markets with the acquisition of two companies in Poland.

Angel -

No change in the "fully-automated" wording even with everything you and David Eddy said about it being very misleading.

Somehow I don't expect CSGI's spin doctors to be monitoring my objections... thanks anyway.
