Thanks Feraldo! Their 4Q results look good: "ACS closed its fiscal year with revenues of $52.2 million, an increase of 65% over the previous year. Fourth quarter revenue totaled $16.7 million, up 46% from the $11.4 million posted in 1996. Pro forma net income for the quarter, which excludes the write-off of purchased in-process R&D discussed below, grew 100% to $756,000 in 1997 from $379,000 in 1996, while pro forma earnings per share increased 44% to $0.13 from $0.09 in 1996." biz.yahoo.com Good luck, Milk
