I don't think that is correct. If I short the stock, I do not own any shares, but have to come up with shares. I sold those shares to someone...maybe an investor. When I convert my warrants, I cover my short with those shares by delivering the shares to the person who bought from me previously. That is why I stated that the supply/demand situation took place prior to the warrant call being completed. We don't now have 2 million extra shares on the market. Many have already been placed through the short selling that took place prior to the call being completed.

The arbs and the shorts are already gone. They are no longer interested in this stock.
