Gallery Resourcesÿ hasÿ beenÿ endeavoringÿ toÿ reconcileÿ additionalÿ costs incurred on its behalf on the Harp Lake drilling project which completed in early December. These costs were a direct result of a major malfunctionÿ of theÿ drillÿ rigÿ engineÿ providedÿ byÿ Cartwrightÿ Drillingÿ which had been contracted to carry out the drill program. The company is confident that it hasÿ legitimateÿ groundsÿ toÿ disputeÿ its responsibilityÿ to pay the cost overruns caused by the drill engine failure and will diligently defend its position.
