Not sure who will receive shares, but, seems to me there was a previous post that stated around July '98 if I remember correctly...

Record date is suppose to be JUNE of 98. A specific date has not been set. Shares will be distrubuted to common stock shareholders. Preferred holders are suppose to receive a dividend this upcoming year(believe that when I see the check).
