The question in my mind is simple

Is it responsible to puff up the value of a stock, and I trust you are capable of reading some of the nonsense posted here in that regard last Fall by the fellow in question, and then admit you bought it at less than $1.

What type of Intel insiders are we talking about here?
The kind the SEC follows up on?
