Kevin, I can see you are already admitting that most of the tax-loss selling has already taken place. LIKE I SAID. Most brokers, when selling for tax loss purposes, do so way before Jan. 31st. The financial advisors I talk to also say that while you can choose either, they rarely wait until Jan. 31st. Most investors also do not wait until then. maybe with a few more years of experience you will learn. oh, btw - CSGI announced a contract today.
