unfortunately a decent project with so so management, putting it nicely, in basically a 3rd world environment.

You do have to wonder if the reason such a strong project is not going ahead is that the local powers that be, or maybe those that wanna-be, consider it to be held in the wrong hands ... as in, not their hands

The tone of the various posters for whom english is obviously a second language is quite consistent with that of a shake-down
