The claim and cartoon was "If Hillary were a Republican", implying she'd be in jail. The democrats did not try to pursue and prosecute the Bush administration for sending 5 million e-mails through RNC servers and summarily deleting them, in violation of the law. The magnitude of this was considerably larger.

Still waiting for some charge... any charge... keep hope alive.
