It appears additional shares are part of the co's stock option plan. I reread the S-8 (Registration statement) filings for CHSE of 11/97 which relate to the company's stock option plan. I don't know if I really understand the 3 S-8 fillings, and if someone could assist me, I would greatly appreciate it. To me, an S-8 registration statement means the company will be issuing more shares. As I understand it, whether they issue shares to pay the executives or whatever, shares will still be increased.

I looked closer at the S-8 and the cumulative amount was around five million shares, which is not that significant. To all CHSE holders, don't be too concerned at the year end selling that is taking place. This is a good company priced nicely for the long term investor.
