Sonny--- I still have faith in CPQ, more than any other in this currant unstable time. The bad part is I believe their corp product is one of the best --- but would not own a product designed for the home. The belief of INTC being added in the high 60s again is still on my mind. I will start looking into AMD a bit stronger. Only looked at it in passing a couple times. I believe it is here to stay--- have for a long time. CYRX is a different story. Merrill was a great buy in the high 60s IMO -- atleast for 6 - 18 months. ORCL really kicked me in the teeth. I am in at 35+ ,, then the "big one" arrived. I jumped in again at 23 for the dead cat bounce..... the SOB splattered, no bounce. Will take my losses against next years gains. Can't do anything with it this year to offset gains because of the wash rule and my thoughts of the bounce the splattered. No way will I keep that tied up when it could make a buck some where else. My biggest mistake in years was the ORCL. I am thinking of either a SK or some tiger fund for next year, seems they should recover 10 - 20% or more next year. Might be a good gamble as there should be little downside risk and Larry Ellison has nothing to do with them. Japan is another story--- will stay far away from that until they find a solid direction and gain a little confidence. Looking to buy another home so I took heavy gains this year and will do the same next month...... Uncle Sam will love me,,,, maybe enough to get a discount???? Happy Holidays John
