I think ALSCs payment schedule for fab investments was spelled out in
the annual report or the SEC filings, possibly both. I think ALSCs
participation in the fab investments was optional AFA increasing ALSCs
percentage (that's how the wording sounded to me). If ALSC has 19%
of a $1B fab, it'll take alot of qtrs to fritter it away at $14M per
qtr... I'm not worried. Actually a fab IPO could prove quite profit-
able, maybe beyond $1B. Existing fabs seem to be busy!-)
