I looked briefly at the latest 10Q and other financial info. CYI will probably show 13-15M in sales for the year and a net loss. It's cash flow negative, but not by too much. Tangible assets are about $5M against liabilities of about $9M, so in a liquidation shareholders can expect $0. Stock trades at about 1 time sales and slightly above book value. At about $1 1/2 the stock price seems reasonable. It reflects a company with interesting potential but that does not earn its keep and needs all of its revenues to stay afloat. Why should it trade any higher than it is until its business is for real? I can appreciate the frustration of many of on this board who are in at much higher prices (believe me,I am the proud owner of a bunch of Ascend at $53) but the current stock price is supposed to represent the co.'s current condition, not inflated expectations for the future. FWIW I like the insider buying and I'll try to buy a few shares in the next few days, if I can get it without getting ripped off by the specialists. Good luck.
