Why would vcc just walk away from the lawsuit. They can't lose more than just dump at .20 or lower. Xinex needs to buy back there shares or deal with any frustrations...legitimate or not. If the company's product is so good it should sell regardless of vcc. So far there has been no confirmation by purchasers of vortex that this is an amazing product. We have been waiting for almost 6 months to hear something!!!!!

I agree with you that a settlement of the lawsuit would be positive for XNX. Who would disagree with that? What is your opinion on Vortex? That is THE issue.
