Yes, SATC goes up easily on news of bad meat, and yes, their technology is potentially (1) a good replacement for the old-fashioned poke 'n' sniff inspection and (2) a good quality control check on the newer processes (ozonation, irradiation, and a particularly interesting use of ultra-bright light pulses [see the MXWL thread]). Still: (1) today was a good market day; (2) the $7MM talked about won't all go to SATC; and (3) they will still have to show us something at the end of the current quarter.
