Scott, I wonder what the market's reaction will be if Zenith announces agreements to license its VSB technology to Sony, Mitsubishi and the other major TV manufacturers as well as other manufacturers of set-top boxes capable of receiving HDTV transmissions.

From your view, does it look like the shortsellers are significant buyers of shares to cover their short positions? Is the outstanding number of short shares on Zenith being reduced?

Thanks. Dennis.

Spoke to Kent, the Microware CFO today.

Kent is in disbelief how the market is shitting on ZE. He says that from his experience ZE and LG are totally committed to HDTV and are focusing as such. He also said that ZE and Microware are way ahead of the competition in bringing the hardware HDTV solutions to market. He stressed this point about their leadtime. He can't figure out why Microware is being rewarded and ZE is the Puss Dripping Herpe Blister of Wall Street (my embellishment-sure seems like it these days). What is good for MWAR is good for ZE. He confirmed that the Ameritech Barrons article this week is referencing Americast when it talks of the 2 million subscriber base! I know we will triumph, I just wonder where we go from 5.
