I would really like to know if they were blindsided like the rest of us with regards to the results...I suspect they had advanced warning, but as to whether the warning was before they committed the extra funding, who knows since the trial was not complete at that point. The Fispemifene results were disseminated on March 28, 2016. All the trading that happened up to that day ( including that day ) will be reflected in the Institutional Holdings that are going to be released around Mid- May for Q 1 2016. It seems that you think that Sarissa had an advance warning. Would they hold their position if they had that warning? We will find out in about a month and a week - if in fact Sarissa held to their entire position through the announcement. Here is a paragraph from today's press release.“After reviewing the potential for our current assets with our Board of Directors and our larger shareholders following the disappointing fispemifene Phase 2b study results , we have decided to focus only on the priorities that we believe are most likely to generate strategic value, while reducing our capital needs,” said Richard Pascoe, Chief Executive Officer of Apricus. “Apricus’ development priority is now focused on Vitaros, both to accelerate commercialization outside of the U.S. and to attempt to bring this novel erectile dysfunction therapy to patients in the U.S. next year, with the goal of achieving profitability in 2017. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the talented employees affected by the reduction in force and to our valued employees who remain committed to our long-term success.” I suspect that - our larger shareholders - would be Sarissa, Aspire and maybe Forendo - not sure if Bank Julius Baer would also be included. I believe this is what we need. Our Largest Shareholder to be Involved. It would give us "small fish" confidence. And confidence is something that has been eroded by managements decisions over the years.
