I hope you realize that I am not discounting the turnaround and that mergers often take time to yield the expected synergies.

I was simply stating that the latest numbers reported looked poorly.

I have been watching CY for the last couple of months and agree that it looks promising. I like the fact that they have a nice dividend along with price appreciation.

I have taken an initial position and have sold covered calls against a large share of the stock. I am planning on adding to the position if the price moves through $9
