irby, thanks for the links. I'm going to check out the Reuters site
this evening. I visited the PC Quote site earlier today. Have they
had a major upgrade? I know traders have complained a lot on other
SI threads about their reliability, and their, oh, shall we say
"attitude problem" in their dealings with subscribers looking for
tech help, etc. They seem to have a lot of backup for their feed,
with the various "farm" servers and T1 connections and so forth. Of
course, maybe all the data companies have this. I don't want to make
a decision based on sales hype.

Yeah, I am aware of the Watley site/Ultimate Trader. I have been
visiting the Watley thread here at SI, too, and have seen your
contributions. I have a Watley UT application, but haven't sent it
in yet. I keep thinking I can get by with Datek, but every time I
lose 1/4 or 1/2 point trying to get in or out of a fast market, I
get closer to going with Watley. How will you trade with Watley if
you use Reuters? Won't you be paying for at least "silver" with
Watley? Of course, $75 a month for the use of their order entry and
execution is probably worth it. If you want to respond to the Watley
part of my question on the Watley thread, I will drop by there later
this evening. I'm curious as to how traders are doing with it, on a
continuing basis.
