Looks like they have the Chairman, the Vice chairman, the triad, then the division presidents. All this replaces the Division GM's reporting to the Chairman, which was the organization that took them to $300M. The change is a symptom of a lack of decisive leadership at the top. The CFO is the only guy with the ability to fix this place.
