"12/31/96 the stock closed at 5 7/16 now it is 7 3/8, it is about 32%, more than DOW or SPP for the year." This assumes you were in at $5 7/16 and that the share price has stabilized at 7 3/8. This stock climbed more than once from that level to near $10. Anyway, this is a very volatile stock and could easily climb to $10 on any positive news and then slide down again. Maher
