You are big on the fat. I think this is driven by the fat industry i.e. oil and meat people.. all these puff peaces on healthy fats are propaganda.. I found that if I eat fat it ends up on my arteries. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found this too. Radioactive tracer studies found that 70% of cholesterol on arteries was from exogenous sources. i.e. cooked food. This is because the fat which CAN be reduced on artery walls MUST be oxidized which food cholestrerol is. Unoxidized chosesterol, i.e. that made by the liver has far less tendency to find its way to arteries. This is supported by the 1955 studies were ultra pure cholesterol was injected into rabbits and it caused no harm. When the rabbits ate cake, they died in 6 months.

I know you will have fun with that.. You might even understand it..
