No. Partially because there are other serious existential threats such as nuclear war, super-volcano eruptions (Toba may have come close to wiping out the species) asteroid impacts (didn't come close to getting us, but probably did get the dinosaurs, and is an ever present threat); but mostly because there is no real existential threat from their actions.
