No it isn't. Whether not much will happen, or it will be a slight positive, slight negative, or moderately strong negative (which is a lot when your talking about an effect over the whole world continued over time, any one time effect equal to that would be considered a mega-disaster) is uncertain, but its far from an existential threat.
