So did I - that's why I told the story.

So it has it's own collection of issues that you have to decide if you can deal with - like wasting more water and waiting longer. Or possibly spending more money to over come the wait - the biggest issue, I think, is the additional circuits for people with water heaters in finished rooms. If there was no sheet rock - it'd be a relatively easy change and wiring job.

My preference would have been another 80 gallon tank like the one I had for the last 19 years.

Stupid EPA rules.
