LOL!! If I was looking for Truth in Advertising, I certainly would not start with WiLAN management - even they don't believe this BS!! They should have sold the company 4-5 years ago when it was evident they could not add shareholder value. But they're not looking out for shareholders, their only occupation is lining their pockets until there's nothing left in 2018. Regarding measures of success, I would like to know which metrics support this statement? It certainly isn't court results, revenues, profits or shareholder returns - these all support the very opposite conclusion - that WiLAN is the worst, least successful company in the IP space, and most likely any other space....
