Not all, Tim. But most. Not really, Tim. It is a fact that sea level is rising due to the polar caps melting. It is a fact that the rate is accelerating. It is a fact that most of the major cities of the world, including the 3rd world, are vulnerable to the rise in sea level. Now you may consider it a fantasy that those cities will need replacement. Maybe we can modify them to be more like Venice. Or boost all of the buildings up on stilts. Possibly build Trump-style walls.
