This is from the Sungold site: sungoldgaming.com Stockwatch is a little behind the times I tried to do a name search on the Nasdaq site but couldn't pull up Sungold. My understanding is that Sungold provides detailed information and complies with the reporting requirements and thus this is not a pink sheet listing. Nasdaq has made tougher regulations for companies that do not comply and those that do not will be removed from their system. There is still a reference to the VSE on Sungold's site. Since they have delisted from the VSE surely this can be removed. Gene
