Elderly Missourian slays Democrat breaking into his house: An elderly Belgrade, Missouri man was lucky he had a gun nearby on Wednesday as he ate lunch while staying at his friend’s house. The homeowner was not home at 2:30PM when the friend witnessed a red truck pull up right next to the house. Washington County Sheriff’s Department Captain Zach Jacobsen gave an account of the incident which took place in broad daylight: There was a single shot fired and what we have determined so far was the resident in the home, who was an elderly male, was sitting down at the dining room table to eat lunch when he saw a truck pull up really close to the house in the yard. He thought it was odd the person pulled up so close and he had a weapon on the table next to him, for reasons yet to be determined. He got up and went to the door and the suspects immediately started kicking or hitting the door. That’s when the man ran back to the dining room table just a few feet away and grabbed his pistol. He had a safety chain that was securing the door shut and the door came open a little ways with the security chain catching it. At that point he has the firearm in his hand and he points it and fires a shot, which he describes as a warning shot. That’s when he saw two male figures flee from the front porch and he thought they were going to the rear of the home so he ran into the kitchen and locks the rear door. “When we arrived, we found the man deceased on the front porch,” Jacobson said. “There was an aluminum baseball bat near the man’s body and he was wearing gloves.” The suspect, a white male in his 30’s, was found shot in the head on the front porch. Democratic homebreaker shot in stomach in Oregon: A Madras, OR homeowner in her late 20’s was in her residence late Monday night when she heard someone breaking in. Police Chief Tanner Stanfill said police, along with Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies and Oregon State Police, responded to a call to the woman’s southeast Madras duplex after the incident was called into dispatch shortly after 11PM. Stanfill said after the woman became aware her home was being broken into, she grabbed her handgun and shot the 20-year-old Madras man who had entered her home. She shot him once in the abdomen, police confirmed. The man, who has not been identified, was transported to St. Charles Madras, then transferred to St. Charles Bend. Armed Citizen Stops Tire Iron Attack on Home Depot Security Guard Poor Democrat was just forcibly liberating some power tools from the 1% when threatened by armed citizen. Well, several, but how about the everyday assaults they step up to end? Police were called to the Amarillo, TX Home Depot on Saturday to investigate reports of a robbery, but what followed could have been much more serious had it not been for the actions of an armed citizen. When 35-year-old Ricky Solis stole power tools, leaving the store without paying, a loss prevention officer made contact with him in the parking lot. Solis attempted to flee the scene but the officer caught him in the store parking lot. The two began to struggle and while the two were engaged in an altercation, a second suspect joined Solis in attacking the officer, kicking him in the face. When the second suspect grabbed a tire iron from his vehicle and returned to assault the loss prevention officer, a citizen saw what was happening and stepped in to assist. He drew his gun and ordered the two men on the ground, ending the attack on the officer. Although the second suspect fled the scene, the citizen was able to command Solis to remain on the ground and the loss prevention officer handcuffed him for police who arrested him for robbery.

Another Democratic home intruder slain by armed homeowner: A homeowner shot and killed one of three people who broke into the resident’s home early Friday near College Park, police said. Now, a manhunt is underway for the two other suspected intruders who got away. According to Channel 2 Action News, the owner of a home in the 2000 block of Rochelle Way told Fulton police three men broke in through the front door. The homeowner shot one of them, police said. Officers were called to the home just after 2 a.m. and found the man dead in the front lawn. Police did not know if the men who got away were shot or hurt. They did not have descriptions for them, but said the men may be armed. bearingarms.com
