<<They pre-announced a shortfall (which was significant) on March 7, 1997 for their first quarter ending March 31, 1997.>> The company also pre-announced on June 26, 1997 for the quarter ending June 30, 1997. If I recall correctly, the company said in its June announcement that revenues would be down but the B-T-B was improving. Let's hope the company continues to keep its mouth closed.
