Nonsense Tim. Per usual. The control exerted by the Central government is irrelevant as to whether it not a country goes fascist. The important factor is it is perceived as weak, and needs a strong man to make it strong again. Because the Leader doesn't use the authority of the government, but his own. Whether or not there is legislation that allows him to exercise his authority or will matters not. Just his will. Apparently your understanding of fascism is as weak as your understanding of socialism.
