Maybe a different way of looking at whether to hold or sell PAYX...

Are you like one of my friends who sells a stock that's gone up, while holding a stock that is down from its buy price??

That would be a little like firing an employee because they have performed better than 'normal' during the last 6 months, while retaining an employee that is performing dismally.

Why not hold PAYX, and make it show you some weakness (e.g., 10-15% decrease from its highest closing price) before you sell it?
