It doesn't matter where information comes from. A person can educate themselves, it does not take going to a university, although that makes it easier. Perhaps some can, but very few actually do... throughout human history. Pollyanna agrees with you. And information is not education. And sometimes you have to go to war. We should have fought Hitler much earlier than we did. When one is dealing with a rabid animal, there is no way of reasoning with it, they just have to put it down. In other words, FDR was both uneducated and incompetent.
